Prescout is a mobile application operated by Rooks Technologies LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. The app allows users to view and submit real-time crowd level reports, wait times, and other location-based information. For questions, contact us at hello@prescout.app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Prescout. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian review these terms.
To access most features of Prescout you need to create an account. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Prescout allows you to submit crowd reports, reviews, photos, and other content. By submitting content you agree that:
Crowd reports expire automatically after 60 minutes. Reviews and other content may be retained longer to maintain location history for other users.

To maintain the integrity of crowd data, Prescout enforces the following limits:
Prescout uses third-party services including Google Places API and Supabase. Your use of the app is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.
Prescout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
Crowd data is user-generated and should be used as a general guide only, not as a guarantee of conditions at any location.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rooks Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Prescout, including but not limited to damages based on inaccurate crowd data or reliance on location information.
The Prescout name, logo, app design, and all related intellectual property are owned by Rooks Technologies LLC. You may not use our branding or intellectual property without our written permission.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
